MASTERMIND: The Magik of Erik Mana

That was the title anyway. I was so impressed by Erik Mana's magic tricks. I was like ...

with his tricks and all. There was a time when he said that he'll attempt to do a card trick and he'll do it with his tv audience. (The ones watching the tv show will do the trick) He said that we should pick 9 random cards. I actually stood up to find those cards. X) I felt like I was wearing a sign that said 'Gullible.' So I followed his directions. ....or tried to. I got it wrong the first time. XD I laughed and squealed, "What did I do wrong??"

Anyway, when it got to the commercials, I finally did the trick correctly.

I really did miss something somewhere on the way.

So, when my brother came up, and I said to him proudly that I got it. He offered to teach me some card tricks and I immediately agreed. In his first attempt, he made a mistake and gave me some line about how the tv was disrupting his vibes. I laughed while nodding. He gave off a laugh and said, "You really are gullible!" I laughed with him but felt like there was now a glowing sign above my head that says 'gullible' along with the sign that I was wearing.

Anyway, there was another trick. Was creepy. Let's just say it involved candles, a videotape and tv, a card and a girl that's eerily similar to Samara/Sadako. ...Weird, seeing as I was teasing Clio-chan from GS about Samara/Sadako.

Lol, I got freaked out the same time as the ones on tv did. There were a lot of "spook and surprise" elements in that segment. If I wasn't watching it with my mother, I would have probably squealed. ...Or not. I don't exactly shriek when I'm scared or surprised (of scary things). At the most, I just whimper.

I remember one time when I was shown a flash presentation (you know, those common stuff round the net), and when the typical shriek came out, I just stared at the screen while holding my breath. I looked around (since it was late and people were asleep) and minimized the computer's volume. My heart was really hammering and my mind was a blank.

I think I had a bit of a late reaction there.

Oh, sorry. Off topic again. But I enjoyed the show. I've always loved magic shows...but I tend to drive myself crazy figuring out the tricks. XD

P.S. Oh, right. I still owe you guys 2 entries about Eda's Debut and the Boracay Trip. Sorry...I'll try to write it sometime soon. X) The procrastinator bug has bitten me again. (Usually, it's just the lazy bug. XD)
